Welcome to my blog!

Yes, finally I have the courage and the technical know-how, well almost…with Shelley’s help, to open up my own BLOG! How cool is that! I was motivated to open up this space in response to the generosity extended towards me by my family and my current congregations, East & South Geelong and Leopold Uniting, to attend the UCA National Minister’s Conference 2014 in Jerusalem. This conference is organized and hosted by the President of the Assembly, Rev Dr. Andrew Dutney. This is a trip of a lifetime. I am so excited about the experience and look forward to this pilgrim journey.

This blog will allow me to share this unique experience with you, my family, and my parishioners whom without their support this trip would not be possible. I will use this space to document my daily travel experiences and share my innermost thoughts on things that I encounter. I will share what enriches and challenges me, the highs and the lows, indeed, all that I see on this pilgrim tour you will feel. So, come along and journey with me to the HOLY LAND!!

Best wishes Ikani from the Prayer Group on Friday morning – from Jenny, Janet and Wendy. May you have a wonderful time in Jerusalem and many blessings.

    • Thank you Wendy, please pass on my love to the group, really appreciate your prayers as tension here in the Middle East continues to be monitored by our government Rep who came and spoke at our conference yesterday.
